LAVENDER HARVESTER WITH PLATFORM MKL 2K

MKL 2K is a harvester designed to cut lavender by means of a one-side cutting head mounted to the tractor and conveyor belt moving the cut lavender from the header to the platform fixed at the rear of the tractor.
A special mechanical unit lifts the plants for a uniform cut and the wave-shaped header bands pulls the lavender flowers to the cutting device. After cutting, the flowers are taken by the conveyor belt which carries them to rear of the tractor. An operator handles the cropped material standing on a fixed platform. The cut flowers may be collected in big bags or they can be discharged directly ono the platform. In this case this platform becomes a container.

MKL 2K is driven by hydraulics. The steering is manual through a joystick and a 12V electrical power supply is activating the electromagnetic hydraulic distributors.

The MKL 2K is a solid machine and is the smaller of the two models from Bison-Ltd.

This harvester is currently being sold for $19,900 plus shipping and customs
